Rise to Fall Time ratio for type III events, from 5 observations published by Greenman Ozmar and Reeve

Let us consider the maximum rise and fall slopes:

MaxSlopeRise[kelvin/second] = ScaleTime[pixel/second]/ScaleKelvin[pixel/kelvin]*tangent(SlopeAngleRise)

MaxSlopeFall[kelvin/second] = ScaleTime[pixel/second]/ScaleKelvin[pixel/kelvin]*tangent(SlopeAngleFall)

RiseToFallRatio = tangent(SlopeAngleRise)/tangent(SlopeAngleFall)
