About the metric and decametric bands frequency ranges

The metric band, 1 to 10 meters, extends from 30 to 300 MHz
The decametric band, 10 to 100 meters, extends from 3 to 30 MHz

Has Zebra ever been observed at meter wavelengths, 1 to 10 meters, 30 to 300 MHz ?
